Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter portions continue to provide customers with all the familiar advantages: individually portioned, unwrapped, premium product, shock-frozen using a patented process (IQF = individually quick frozen). The products are available in a variety of flavours and shapes, and can be taken from the freezer for immediate use. They are more environmentally-friendly, as they are not individually wrapped, and are ideal for conveyor-belt systems. These unique butter portions can be used in a variety of ways in large-scale food preparation by the hotel and catering industries, whilst ensuring optimal cost control, reduced packaging waste and high customer convenience.
Following the trend to fat-reduced nutrition, we have developed the “Delight” butter portion. These are fat-reduced (60%) and offer a very cost-efficient alternative for all catering purposes.

The 10 g and 15 g Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter portions are available in three varieties: unsalted, lightly salted or with fresh herbs. They also come in three shapes and styles: rosettes (flower-shaped), golfball and football.
