IQF Mozzarella

Kerrygold Catering has extended its product range with two grated cheeses: Irish Mozzarella and Irish Red Cheddar. Both varieties are individually quick frozen (IQF), which means they have a long shelf-life and are ideal for exact dosing. Both cheeses are free-flowing, and you can accurately control their use.

These grated cheeses have excellent melting  properties,  give an attractive appearance and great taste as no anti-caking agents or offcuts / rinds are used.

For classic Italian dishes such as pizza, lasagna, we recommend our Mozzarella. And the mild, nutty flavour of Irish Red Cheddar gives a unique aroma to each scolloped dish. Using both types in combination leads to an interesting mix of colours. Both cheese varieties are available in 10 kg cartons (10 bags à 1kg).
